The staff here are very attentive and provide wake up calls and free ironing services, overall it's great service.

I appreciated its neat and new-fashioned rooms.

I stayed in the room that was kept extremely clean and available with tub. There were climate control, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel TV provided.

Marvellous location, short way from everywhere. Also, easy access to Percy's Riverside Retreat. New-fashioned and tidy hotel unit with a balcony. Lots of options, outstanding food...

The room here was very spacious and always kept spotlessly clean.

This hotel was a fantastic location for exploring the vibrant area, with easy access to 7 Mile Beach, a wonderful Italian restaurant, and stunning ocean views. the room was luxurious, complete with a bathtub, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful. the resort's proximity to Booby Cay Island added to its charm, and I loved dining at the beachside restaurant and unwinding at the piano bar.

amazing room, perfect location. stayed in Negril before and this was even better. attentive staff, delicious food, and great drinks. can't wait to visit other Sandals locations.

We had an amazing time on our recent vacation. The location of the resort couldn't have been better - just steps away from the beach, beach bar, and restaurants. We also loved the size of the resort, as it felt intimate and not overcrowded. The staff at the resort were friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We especially enjoyed the entertainment staff, who were enthusiastic and made our stay even more fun.

I got amazing value for my money at this resort. The room was superb, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. The staff treated us like royalty, they were friendly, accommodating and quick to address any issues.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

Had a blast on our Thanksgiving trip! The complementary arrival lounge at the airport was a nice perk and the service was amazing. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to everything. The beach was great and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from our balcony. The staff was always friendly, and the room was cleaned and stocked daily.

The drinks were a hit or miss, wish they had drink menus. The entertainment was not that great, and it would be better if it was in a separate location.

the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, exceeding our expectations. The variety of fantastic food at the resort was second to none. We were impressed with the bar staff's knowledge and the refreshing house cocktails. The beach was outstanding and we will definitely be visiting Sandals Negril Beach All Inclusive Resort And Spa - Couples Only again.

Cracked sink in the room.

Despite a few hiccups, my Christmas vacation was enjoyable. The gorgeous grounds and clean beach were a treat. The warm water and minimal wave activity made it perfect for swimming. Plus, having plenty of towels on the beach was convenient.

There were some downsides to my stay. the rooms were not ready upon arrival, which was frustrating after a long bus ride.

Luxury was evident at this hotel with exclusive amenities such as a world, class spa and wellness centre that provided a range of treatments including massages, body scrubs and wraps. the treatments were delivered in treatment rooms that were well, appointed, spa lounges and steam rooms also added to the luxurious feel. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were immaculately kept and came with beach umbrellas, sun loungers and a sun terrace that provided a spectacular view of the garden area. Live entertainment was available at the night club and karaoke sessions further added to the leisure activities.

One minor issue that I experienced was slow service at the outdoor dining area. It was an unfortunate delay, however, the private facilities were exceptional and provided a great experience.

Spent Easter at a small resort with good food and service. Enjoyed great ocean views from nicely appointed and spacious rooms. , had a good time at the beach bar with pleasant drinks.

The resort did nothing to celebrate a special anniversary trip. There was a lack of service and noisy neighbors.
